ON WHICH TYPE OF COMPUTER DOES MYCVTHÈQUE WORK?
MyCVthèque is available in a secured SaaS mode, through a simple Internet access. For this reason, it works on any post equipped with a browser.
IF I AM A TEMPORARY EMPLOYMENT AGENCY OR A REDEPLOYMENT OFFICE, DOES MYCVTHÈQUE MEET MY NEEDS?
All functions available to diffuse a job offer are also available to diffuse applicant profiles. All our modules (profile drafting, diffusion, contact tracking) are specifically adapted.
HOW DOES MYCVTHÈQUE RECORD THE APPLICANT CV?
MyCVthèque is based on a semantic analysis engine for CVs in PDF, RTF or DOC formats. The recognized fields are classified in databases to facilitate data research and filtering. It is also possible to carry out at any time a “full-text” research in the CV, the cover letter or the notes, remaining systematically attached to the applicant sheet.

IS DATA ACCESS SECURE?
Data security is guaranteed by contract. All actors have a personalized secure access with customizable rights. Your data are also saved daily.
SHOULD I SUBMIT A DECLARATION TO THE CNIL?
MyCVthèque deals with the formalities required by the CNIL. This solution offers all devices allowing people that are referenced in our database to exercise their rights in the context of the “Data Protection” French Act (Loi Informatique et Liberté)
HOW CAN I SAVE MONEY WITH MYCVTHÈQUE?
MyCVthèque helps you save money for three different reasons. First of all, the automation functions of the recruiting phases allow recruiters to save up to 60% of their time.
